Terms of service

These terms govern your use of WLANMarket to publish, sell, purchase, download, review, and discuss digital WLAN-related listings. By using WLANMarket, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and service providers

Clerk provides authentication, and Stripe processes payments and connected seller accounts. You are responsible for keeping those accounts accurate and secure and for complying with their applicable terms.

Listings and ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant WLANMarket the limited permission needed to host, scan, display, deliver, and otherwise operate your listings. You must own the content or have permission to sell and distribute it, and your description must be accurate.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, stolen content, material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or content intended to bypass security controls. Do not manipulate reviews, purchases, payouts, downloads, or marketplace metrics. We may scan files, reject uploads, remove or delist content, suspend accounts, and preserve evidence needed to investigate abuse.

Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Purchases grant the licence stated on the listing; they do not transfer ownership unless the listing expressly says so. Digital files are delivered through the buyer's library. Prices, fees, seller payouts, disputes, and refunds are processed through Stripe. Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

Availability and responsibility

WLANMarket is provided on an as-available basis. Creators are responsible for their listings and buyers are responsible for checking that a listing suits their intended use. We may change, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the marketplace.
