Refund policy
The creator is the seller. Every purchase on WLANMarket is a sale between you and the creator who listed the product. The creator is the seller of record and decides whether to issue a refund. WLANMarket does not issue refunds.
Defective or misrepresented files. Products are digital files delivered immediately on purchase, so refunds are for files that don't work, don't match the listing, or aren't what you were sold. If that happens, contact the creator first. Most problems are fixed with a corrected file or a new version.
If you can't resolve it with the creator, report it to WLANMarket. We'll review it, and if the product or creator breaks our rules we can remove the product or ban the creator. Those are the only actions we take; we cannot issue or force a refund.
Card disputes. You can still dispute a charge with your card issuer. Disputes are handled between your bank and the creator's Stripe account. Disputing a working, accurately described product is grounds for account suspension.
How refunds are processed. A creator issues a refund from their own Stripe account. When a refund goes through, your download access is revoked. The money typically reaches your card within 5–10 business days, per Stripe's processing times.
